Section 125 Plans
  • FSA: Flexible Spending Accounts
FSA's can be set up through an employer's cafeteria plan. An FSA allows an employee to put aside portion of his or her earnings to pay for qualified expenses as established in the cafeteria plan. The government provides a list of all expenses that qualify. Money deducted from an employee's pay into an FSA is not subject to payroll taxing resulting in a significant tax savings to the employee and employer.

  • POP: Premium Only Plans (For tax savings of the Employee Contributions)
Small businesses that do not offer FSA plans can provide a POP to allow employees to pay their portion of the group insurance premium on a pre-tax basis. This pre-taxis basis must be nondiscriminatory and an employer needs to set up the plan with proper legal documentation. Annually, our agency pays a third party as to allow all of our clients to purchase their POP plan without the normal down payments and service fees.
401K Retirement Plans
  • 401K Plans offer tax deductible contributions, tax deferred growth and taxable distributions. Any business, whether a Corporation, S Corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship, or self-employed can establish a 401k.
