Vision Insurance

Our vision coverage is perfect for those who need services from eye care professionals such as optometrists and ophthalmologists. You can have a biyearly coverage of eye examinations as well as partial or full reimbursement for eyeglasses, prescription sunglasses, and contact lenses.

Prescription Drug Coverage

This can be bought individually but is usually attached with actual medical coverage. Insurance carriers create a formulary list with certain prescription drugs that fall under a three-tier price range—generic drugs for the cheapest tier, brand-name drugs for the middle tier, and non-formulary name-brand- drugs for the expensive tier. There are also plans that reduce some fees from these tiers before the co-pay benefits come.

Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance

Short-term disability insurance provides benefits from the first day of the accident or the eighth day of an employees’ sickness and lasts up to 26 weeks. About 66% of your weekly income will also be covered, and weekly benefits will also be given in this type of plan.

When the short-term disability insurance expires, the long-term disability insurance will take effect. The coverage for this type of plan depends on the policy you have selected. Some cover up to two years while others last until you’re 65. This helps people with long-term tragic disabilities and pays benefits on a monthly basis.

Voluntary Benefits

These are optional benefits offered to employees individually. Voluntary benefits are deducted to an individual’s payroll and not as part of the company’s costs.

An insurance carrier that provides this is Aflac. They offer supplemental insurance such as life, disability, cancer, hospital, heart attack, etc.

Section 125 Plans

For coverage that allows employees to take taxable benefits, such as a cash salary, and convert them into nontaxable benefits, rely on us. Reach out to us for the following:

  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
  • Premium Only Plans (POP) (for Tax Savings of the Employee Contributions)
  • 401K Retirement Plans

Executive Medical Reimbursement Benefit Plans

For an increase in overall employee satisfaction and retention, we also offer high executive plans. These allow executives to reimburse co-pays, deductibles, and other benefit costs that are not covered under their regular plans such as medical, dental, vision, etc.

Individual Insurance

For individuals who would like to keep them and their families secured, you can also purchase individual insurance plans at our agency. Here are some of these products:

Individual Health Insurance

If the company you work at does not offer any group coverage, you can still apply for insurance on your own. We also offer temporary health plans that last from six months to a year. You can ask for a free quote in the following carriers:

  • HMO Plans/Advantage Plans
  • PPO Plans/Advantage Plans
  • Supplemental Plans Which Work Along With Medicare

Individual Life Insurance

Always consider the position that your spouse, children, or loved ones will be in if something drastic happens to you. Purchase individual life insurance. We have the following types:

  • Term Life Insurance
  • Whole Life Insurance
  • Universal Life Insurance
  • Key Person Coverage
  • Buy/Sell Agreements

Individual Disability Insurance

In the event that you are unable to earn income because of an unexpected disability, this insurance can help you pay for your mortgage, car payments, bills, groceries, etc. For your monthly protection, the disability insurance of our carriers covers about 60%–70% of your regular income.

Individuals who were disabled for six months and are expected to still be in the same situation for more than a year will be paid by Social Security Disability. This will only be up to a certain level and may not be enough to pay for all your expenses. You can purchase individual disability insurance for additional protection especially if your employer does not include it in your benefit coverage.
